When people think of juicing, detoxing or cleansing, they automatically think “no food” which is not even close to the truth. There are many ways to go about juicing to help your body cleanse naturally, lets discuss. First off when you are juicing you are intaking tons of nutrients, you may not be chewing food, but juice is food. Juice is calories and nutrients in its pure and RAW form. Structured water is what is extracted from the produce during our cold press juicing process. Structured water is alkaline and nutrient dense. Picture 5 pounds of carrots liquified into a glass. It would take you a long time to eat 5lbs of carrots and get the vitamins, juicing makes this very easy. There is no secret behind what’s in the bottle. Now you are educated.
The most common method of cleansing is a 3 day juice cleanse. No solid food for 3 days, only juice. This is what we typically recommend for first timers and what we sell the most of. We recommend 96fl oz – 128 fl oz of juice each day to keep your brain and belly satisfied. Some brave souls choose to go 5 days, occasionally 7 to really deep clean the intestines and get the best results. I do not recommend anybody trying this the first time around.
We encounter a lot of people who want to start juicing and do a cleanse but they are hesitant because they feel like 3 days is a long time. They are not confident they can survive without food so they are timid to try. We recommend a ONE DAY juice cleanse. One day without food, only 6 fresh, delicious juices, you can do it! Our juice is double strained, its smooth, no pulp no fiber, the way juice should be. This is very different from a smoothie or shake. The fact that there is no fiber in our juice it is extremely easy for your body to digest. Your digestive track is near 30ft long and your body spends a ridiculous amount of energy moving food through your system. Bread and cheese does not digest as easy as cold pressed juice. When you eat foods like bread and cheese your body must then rely on constant muscle contractions to properly move the food through your digestive track. These muscle contractions require lots and lots of energy. You’re wasting this energy due to your love for bread and cheese.
