Appointments, classes and special events may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment’s scheduled start time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ advance notice may be charged a Late Cancellation fee up to the full cost of the booked session, class, and special event. Groupon booked sessions cancellation fee will result in the Groupon being redeemed and unable to be applied toward future sessions. Sessions booked with Session Minute Credits will be charged the full amount of Session Minute Credits.
