Crystals have been used throughout history for healing. Originally, crystal therapy was devised to balance the chakras and transform the energy properties of the body, resulting in a clear and positive energy field. Crystals work with the human energy field and can move, absorb, focus, direct and diffuse energy within the body. When it comes to crystals, it is believed they would heal and renew the energy that naturally flows inside of you, which would in turn heal your physical body as well. While crystals are still viewed as an alternative choice in healing, the explanation for why crystals do what they do is very logical. Crystals vibrate at their own frequency, the same way that the cells in your body and your chakras vibrate at their own frequency. That means that when we come into contact with crystals these different frequencies meet and enhance your physical, emotional and spiritual balance.

What You'll Experience During Your Session
During a Crystal Healing & Chakra Balancing session we will work with the natural crystalline energy of crystals at each chakra point to help the mind, body and emotions to find their natural states of wellness. During your session, your practitioner will tap into the inherent healing energy of various crystals by placing them over the nine major chakra points (Seven primary + High Heart Chakra and Earth Chakra) on the body. As the practitioner works with each chakra, the intention to balance over and under active chakras will guide the selection and use of different crystals and placements.
Once all your crystals are placed, the practitioner may use weighted tuning forks (body tuners) to stimulate the recalibration of each chakra to restore balance.
