Massage Membership FAQs
Q: What is the cost of a Regular Massage Session without the Massage Membership?
A: The cost of a regular 50 Minute massage can range from $95-$125, depending on the type of massage. The Massage Membership costs less than a single 50 Minute massage each month!
Q: Is there a sign up fee or a contract?
A: No! There is no signup fee or contract required, and you can cancel anytime. The Massage Membership was created to provide as much accessibility to Massage to our community as possible.
Q: Can I select which Massage practitioner I'd like to see?
A: Absolutely! You can contact the studio to book a specific practitioner, or at the end of a massage session, simply schedule your next one with your practitioner.
Q: What if I can not use all my minutes in a month, do I lose them?
A. No way! As long as your Massage Membership is active, your minutes will continue to rollover each month for up to twelve months. If you cancel your membership, you will have three months to use your remaining balance.
Q: What if I would like to add minutes to my balance, can I purchase extra minutes?
A: Yes, we do have the option to add minutes for your Massage Membership. Call us to speak to someone at the Studio for more information.
Q: If I do not have enough minutes left for a Massage session, can I use minutes for part of the session and pay out-of -pocket for the balance?
A: There is no way for us to split payments for your member sessions. If you do not have enough minutes for a session, you have a couple options. You could either allow the minutes to rollover to the next month and book your session when you have more minutes, or you purchase additional minutes.
Q: If I become a Massage Member can I later decide to change to a Wellness Membership instead?
