If you'd like to practice this meditation at home, here are a few tips:
Scene 1 - Releasing Resistance
Relaxing, now I am letting go of anything that isn't in alignment with who I am. Anything that is not serving me is falling away now. Feelings of guilt that have weighed on me no longer have a place in my heart. The guilt of receiving because it feels selfish is falling away from me now and pouring out of every fiber of my being.
Beliefs that speak of lack are released. Let it all go. Anything I have felt that has held me back in the past is melting away now. I see the resistance peeling away from my body. The limiting beliefs are silenced and float away. They no longer have the power over my life. The thought that I am not worthy to receive is falling away. People pleasing behavior no longer has a place in my life and I release these patterns of seeking acceptance outside of myself.
I no longer accept living for someone else's dreams at the expense of my own.
My body feels lighter and freer. Any doubt or disbelief of how amazing I am is falling away—effortlessly falling. Letting it all go and breathing deeply into the heart. Breathing in and out. The heart is lighter, open, comforted. The only limits I have are the ones I put on myself...so now I let them all go.
Scene 2 - Rewriting those beliefs
Now I am allowing in new feelings of confidence.
I believe in myself.
I am worthy. I am worthy of love. I am worthy to receive love.
I feel joy as my heart opens to receive.
I breath deeply into the love and joy that is flowing through my body. My heart remembers that I am worthy of my desires and I expect them to happen. I am without limits, I am powerful. I have everything I need within me to create what brings me abundant joy. I know anything is possible. I believe that I can be the most authentic version of myself. I am letting in faith in myself and the universe. Faith in my inner heart, faith in who I really am. I am letting in the feelings of how awesome I am, I am in awe of my power, I am limitless. I acknowledge how much creative power I have and allow myself to feel it. I am letting in all feelings and beliefs that I am unlimited in what I can receive. I am in total alignment with who I am and I feel abundance flowing so smoothly into me. The universe is here to present me my desires, and I am ready to receive them.
I am free and open and I say yes to receiving the abundance that I desire.
Scene 3 - Receiving Your Abundance
I am ready to open the door to the universe to receive abundance with grace and ease, and in harmony with who I am.
The door swings open and in front of me I see an open prairie. The sun illuminates every blade of grass and warms my skin. I am this moment in. Nature is filled with abundance, countless leaves on trees, brimming with wildlife and an endless light that renews life. The scene before me welcomes me to walk the path toward receiving my greatest desire. With my faith, belief and an unbreakable bond with the power of the universe, it is time to create my vision of abundance.
For the next few minutes, I am going to this time to imagine my best life, every detail that I can think of is going to appear in my mind. In this place of unlimited energy, there is nothing too big for me to create, there is nothing too grand for me to receive.
Now go within and dream big...(5-10 Minutes of silence)
The freedom of your creative power will bring your vision of your best life to you now. Step onto the path before you. The ground is soft and inviting and adds to the joyful experience of the surroundings. The path beckons you forward. With each step, the energy of life and abundance flows more completely to you as if you were a magnet. All the channels of your mind are flowing with unlimited energy. As long as you choose to take each step forward, the energy of abundance draws toward you freely and effortlessly. The mind is focused on your desires. The mind believes in the opportunities before you.
The path leads you to yet another door. On the other side of that door is the life you have just envisioned. If you are ready for the life of your dreams if you are ready to leave behind everything that no longer serves you, open the door and walk through it.
Congratulations....No matter what you face from here on out, you have chosen to receive the unlimited abundance. Go out and live your life fearlessly.

Mantra: Gratitude brings me into a harmonious relationship with the good in everyone and everything that surrounds me.
Relax your head, and close your eyes. Breathe in deeply and exhale slowly.
Exhale out any stress, tension or tightness you feel anywhere in your body. Focus your attention on your head, face, and neck and allow all your muscles to become very relaxed. Feel the tension melting away.
Feel the relaxation coming over your entire body. Relax as it flows down your shoulders relaxing them and melting away any tension or stress you hold there. Feel the relaxation flow down your entire body. Feel how limp, relaxed and comfortable you become.
It feels wonderful, and you feel warm and deeply relaxed all over.
Now, imagine in your mind that it’s a beautiful day outside with sun’s rays lighting everything you see. You’ve just spent an entire fun-filled day outside. It’s the end of the day and time for a soothing ride down the lazy river before you leave.
Imagine before you a gentle river stream. You walk up to its edge and you dip a toe into the river. You step down into it, feeling the cool water touch your warm skin. You run your fingertips across the water's surface. The sunshine makes you feel so good inside. Sitting before you is raft that will take you on a gentle ride down the lazy river. Reaching out to grab the raft, you settle on top with your arms, body and legs fully supported. The raft is comfortable and secure.
As the float takes you lazily down the river you decide to put your fingers into the water. You allow them to glide back and forth in the water to make circles and swirls around your fingers as you continue floating down this cool, calm river.
You smile to yourself because you feel so good and so grateful for this wonderful day.
What is around you to notice? Are there trees, animals, or people you love? You realize how amazing life is, and you feel calm and content just like this lazy river.
You might find yourself especially thankful for this day knowing that there will never be another day exactly like today. Each day is different, and you feel happy inside because you know that life is an adventure.
Some days are fast and busy. Some days are slower and more relaxed. You remind yourself that you are thankful for it all. You know that each day is special and different and by being thankful and grateful for each day, life just keeps getting better and better.
Gratitude is when our hearts feel thankful for experiences because we know that experiences help us grow. Gratitude fills up our hearts with happiness.
Sit in silence for a few moments recalling the mantra for your journey.
Gratitude brings me into a harmonious relationship with the good in everyone and everything that surrounds me.
You now notice that you’re coming to the end of the lazy river. You’ve been enjoying the ride so much, it passed more quickly than you could ever imagine.
Now it’s time to gather your thoughts and keep all your gratitude in your heart. Breath deeply into your heart as you seal in this sense of gratitude so you can take it with you after this journey has come to an end.
Open your eyes when you’re ready and give your body a big wonderful stretch!
